animated movie preview

Hello, I'm not able anymore to let emby create automatically an animated preview of the movie in the web browser, can you help me to understand which option I need to activate?

What do you mean by that exactly?

For example in the below image instead of having the banner I had like an animated preview

I am not familiar with any setting that enables animated previews there, only static images which should be auto-generated or custom ones assigned by oneself.

Never heard of what you are describing especially on the home screen.  You have theme videos in items.

We've never officially support animating those, although some users have figured out how to make it happen, so it's possible, but unlikely.
