Agree, maybe @howllor could also get happy with the grouping feature Emby has implementdn in the Notifications.

Thats what i use.

I think other solutions would be overcomplicated and tend to break sooner or later with an update. Till now his plugin is quite simple, thats why it simply keeps working.

Yes i use that as well when I'm adding several episodes at once, like a whole season. But I often add episodes as they air, one by one. That's when I would like the episode thumb. I've used another webhook notification plugin that did this before (episode thumb for single episodes, series poster for grouped episodes), but I prefer this one because it's easier to set up and configure. If the trade-off is that I can't get episode thumbs I accept it, but thought I'd at least ask

Would it be possible to customize the message sent on Telegram?

Example:

• Add icons
• Bold title
• Add “SYNOPSIS” just before the description
• Show or hide the server name

The last two would be general emby notification options that would apply to any output. The first two could be options on the telegram plugin.
