Simulate adding new content

Just playing around with my Telegram Plugin.

For testing i would like to ask if there is a handy API funtion or workaround to add new content to the Emby Server without to fiddle around with realy big media files?

So i can trigger the New Content notifiication on demand.

Must there be a valid link inside the strm file so Emby will pick it up?

Nope, just make a blank txt file and rename to <moviename>.strm.
