ebr 16169 Posted January 21, 2022 Posted January 21, 2022 Hi. Yes, this appears to be your problem. Does this directory exist? 21:59:51.875 /storage/SERVEURHINO77/video/Series/Esprits Criminels/Saison 5/Criminal.Minds.S05E03.MULTi.1080p.WEB.H264-NERO.mkv: No such file or directory If it does, then it may be a permissions issue.

Hi, the files having the permission issue will be part of a share you've setup. Open Control on Synology. The first menu option should be your shares. Highlight the share, click the edit button, Click Permissions up top. Change the drop down list box selection to "Sysytem Internal user". Does the system emby user have read/write permissions?
