Basic issue is mp4 files will download completely before playing instead of streaming.  Would appear to be a cloudflare config issue.

you have to bypass cache,  cf changed some stuff..  i think its addressed in my cloudflare config under my profile no?   when it tries to cache stuff that's when it breaks. check the cache header make sure its not getting cached.   whenever cloudflare caches video it removes or breaks the range headers.
