Can't load plugin catalog? Stuck spinning

The plugin catalog won't load, any tips how to load it? It gets stuck spinning. I have had some network issues recently; I recently reset my router. I haven't tried to access the catalog so I don't think it's that, but just in case. I tried turning off my router firewall but no change. Anything else to try?

 

I searched similar results but the logs seemed firewall/vpn related, with the server timing out. Thanks!

Thanks Luke! I think you are right. I just checked for updates and had some errors downloading them. Also found some stuff with system file checker. Still not working but seems like it's on my end. I'll update if I find the problem.

It was a usb to ethernet adapter I had plugged in. Wifi only worked. SOrry!
