EddyMerkxs 17 Posted January 17, 2022 Posted January 17, 2022 The plugin catalog won't load, any tips how to load it? It gets stuck spinning. I have had some network issues recently; I recently reset my router. I haven't tried to access the catalog so I don't think it's that, but just in case. I tried turning off my router firewall but no change. Anything else to try? I searched similar results but the logs seemed firewall/vpn related, with the server timing out. Thanks! This seems the relevant part from the log: 2022-01-17 13:55:05.362 Error Server: Error processing request *** Error Report *** Version: 4.6.7.0 Command line: C:\Users\Captain\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\system\EmbyServer.dll Operating system: Microsoft Windows 10.0.19043 Framework: .NET Core 3.1.21 OS/Process: x64/x64 Runtime: C:/Users/Captain/AppData/Roaming/Emby-Server/system/System.Private.CoreLib.dll Processor count: 4 Data path: C:\Users\Captain\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\programdata Application path: C:\Users\Captain\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\system System.IO.IOException: System.IO.IOException: The decryption operation failed, see inner exception. ---> System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80090330): The specified data could not be decrypted. --- End of inner exception stack trace --- at System.Net.Security.SslStream.ReadAsyncInternal[TReadAdapter](TReadAdapter adapter, Memory`1 buffer) at System.Net.Http.HttpConnection.FillAsync() at System.Net.Http.HttpConnection.CopyToContentLengthAsync(Stream destination, UInt64 length, Int32 bufferSize, CancellationToken cancellationToken) at System.Net.Http.HttpConnection.ContentLengthReadStream.CompleteCopyToAsync(Task copyTask, CancellationToken cancellationToken) at Emby.Server.Implementations.HttpClientManager.CoreHttpClientManager.CacheResponse(HttpResponseInfo response, String responseCachePath) at Emby.Server.Implementations.HttpClientManager.CoreHttpClientManager.SendAsync(HttpRequestOptions options, String httpMethod) at Emby.Server.Implementations.Updates.InstallationManager.GetAvailablePackagesWithoutRegistrationInfo(Boolean enableCache, CancellationToken cancellationToken) at Emby.Server.Implementations.Updates.InstallationManager.GetAvailablePackages(CancellationToken cancellationToken, Boolean withRegistration, String packageType, Version applicationVersion) at MediaBrowser.Api.PackageService.Get(GetPackages request) at Emby.Server.Implementations.Services.ServiceController.GetTaskResult(Task task) at Emby.Server.Implementations.Services.ServiceHandler.ProcessRequestAsync(HttpListenerHost appHost, IRequest httpReq, IResponse httpRes, RestPath restPath, String responseContentType, CancellationToken cancellationToken) at Emby.Server.Implementations.HttpServer.HttpListenerHost.RequestHandler(IRequest httpReq, ReadOnlyMemory`1 urlString, ReadOnlyMemory`1 localPath, CancellationToken cancellationToken) Source: System.Net.Security TargetSite: Void MoveNext() InnerException: System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: The specified data could not be decrypted. Luke 42081 Posted January 18, 2022 Posted January 18, 2022 Hi, I've never heard of this error before. Are you still having an issue with this today? Based on here: https://github.com/dotnet/runtime/issues/43682 They think it's a windows defect. Is windows fully up to date? 1
EddyMerkxs 17 Posted January 18, 2022 Author Posted January 18, 2022 Thanks Luke! I think you are right. I just checked for updates and had some errors downloading them. Also found some stuff with system file checker. Still not working but seems like it's on my end. I'll update if I find the problem. 1
EddyMerkxs 17 Posted January 19, 2022 Author Posted January 19, 2022 It was a usb to ethernet adapter I had plugged in. Wifi only worked. SOrry! 1
