Soundpool 2 Posted January 16, 2022 Posted January 16, 2022 Hi, All of a sudden I get a message my Emby premiere is not activated. I do have a current key, which is accepted when copy-pasting it in the server config, but still doesn't activate anything. Even requested the key via mail, which gets me the exact same key. Upon entering the key and saving it shows the following: Thank you. Your Emby Premiere key has been updated. But on the config page is keeps displaying: Emby Premiere key is missing or invalid. Is there anything going on on the Emby authentication services or should I take a corruption on my end into account?

Soundpool 2 Posted January 16, 2022 Author Posted January 16, 2022 Hi, Thanks for the quick response. Tried the basic methods described there without results. But I did forget to check the expiry date. Made use of the forgot key option to get a new mail, which mentions the following: You are on the Monthly subscription plan. It will automatically renew on the same day each month or expire 2022-01-16 if canceled before renewal By the looks of it my key may be expired, seems very coincidental it stopped working on exactly this date. However it shouldn't as my automated subscription was renewed 5 days ago. So I think something went wrong, as otherwise the date would be 2022-02-16. Weird thing is, I did pay, the money is gone. Furthermore, if my key expired, shouldn't it give an error when trying to activate Emby with it?
