Hi I have the same problem with Emby 1.1.1. version... and my older Samsung seria 9 Curved 65// TV (about 5years old) ....I can not go one step back... if Im looking the movie and then I want to go one step back it doesnt work.. I have to go out from Emby and in again... it is very anoying .... but on new Samsung NEO it works OK... and on a few newer Samsung TVs also...
