small issue with Notification navigation

I've noticed a small issue with the Navigation when setup notifications...

1. Go to navigation in your Admin Panel menue

2. Change settings in your Notifications


3. Click on "SAVE"
-- 1: Nothing changes, you don't get any confirmation or something which would make it clear, that the changes have been saved

4. Click the "Back" arrow "<- Notifications"


ISSUE:
You will get a white, empty page.
This only happens, after you have saved changes...
