Styromaniac 0 Posted January 13, 2022 Posted January 13, 2022 I'm unable to scan in a new album under a new artist. Doesn't matter if it's flac or mp3. This bug is also happening on Android.
Luke 42077 Posted January 13, 2022 Posted January 13, 2022 @Styromaniac HI there, why do you feel you can't scan in a new album? What exactly are you doing?
Styromaniac 0 Posted January 13, 2022 Author Posted January 13, 2022 It's Evanescence's album Fallen. I don't have a clue why it's not scanning into the music library.
Happy2Play 9780 Posted January 13, 2022 Posted January 13, 2022 (edited) What embedded tags do the tracks have? @Styromaniac Edited January 13, 2022 by Happy2Play

It wouldn't show up in the library where I expected it to be. Maybe it lacked proper tags at the time. Edited January 14, 2022 by Styromaniac

Happy2Play 9780 Posted January 14, 2022 Posted January 14, 2022 5 minutes ago, Styromaniac said: Nope. We will probably need to see a server log for this album being added to your library. Can you run ffprobe against one of the tracks also and post the results. ffprobe -i "path_to_file" -show_streams -show_format -print_format json

Unless there is something in the server log, I am not sure.
