Desde la misma aplicacion instalada en mi pc como servidor no puedo recuperar el usuario y contraseña del servidor web? Potque es lo que olvide y exclusivamente lo que necesito para poder conectar el ps4 a el emby server

Supongo q se deba a que tengo que iniciar la misma cuenta con la que se creo el servidor en el ps4 y es donde tengo el problema en los datos de la algun elemento o letra debo haber olvidado porque he colocado todo lo que se me ocurre podria ser y nada. Me refiero a usuario y contraseña. Entonces mi consulta es si se puede restablecer de alguna manera

Hi.  The user logged in does not matter.  If you are connected to a Premiere server but the app is not showing that, then that probably means that something like a firewall is blocking the app from reaching our servers over the internet to validate.

Me sale para poner un pin en emby.media/pin

Y cuando voy a esa direccion en mi pc debo colocar usuario contraseña y el pin que me dan en el ps4. Al colocar el usuario y la contraseña me sale que no es correcta. Hago click en recuperar contraseña coloco mi correo y nada. Al parecer olvide el usuario

En algun sitio del emby server instalado en. Mi pc podria aparecer?

How are you getting to the screen you showed above without getting past that login?

Is this a remote device?  If not, it should be able to find your server automatically.  Are you able to connect to the server manually (by entering the address in the app)?

Eso hice se conectó bien pero me sale en el ps4 que no esta activado el servicio premier por lo que no reproduce los videos

Entonces no es posible a través de la aplicación u otra via ver o recuperar la informacion de mi cuenta web (usuario)?

Sorry, I'm not sure exactly what you are asking there but, no I don't think so.

However, the issue you are having is completely unrelated to the user.  It is almost certainly a network issue of some sort.

What are you trying to log into?  Are you using Emby Connect?  Is it your own server?

You do realise that Emby is not a media provider but a software provider?

What service did you pay for, and who did you pay?

The only password you have with Emby is the one you used to log in to this forum.  Any others are the responsibility of you (if you run your own serve) or the owner of the server you are paying to access.
