Sammy 790 Posted January 10, 2022 Posted January 10, 2022 I'm running Windows Beta Server 4.7.0.19 and am trying to download a complete series to my laptop for viewing when not connected to the server. I go to the series, click the ... and then click "Download to.." whereupon a pop up appears that has a short list of only 4 devices and not users. Is there a setting to change in the server somewhere to show users instead of devices. The user has the checkboxes for downloading and downloading that require transcoding checked. Only these devices show available to "Download to..": User settings for user attempting to download:
