x1 user Home Screen UI missing items under "Latest Media"

Hi all - my user account just recently seems to not want to show Latest Movies and Latest TV Series under the sub section "Latest Media" no matter how I access EMBY (Be it AppleTV, LG TV, iPhone, the web ui, etc..). I've tried all manner of options under the "Home Screen" section, enabling, disabling the missing items, logging out, log back in, changing orders, etc.  It only happens to the one user account as the rest of my users are fine and everything works as intended.  I don't want to blow away the profile and just build a new one, so I'm wondering if there's a file I can rename and emby will rebuild the UI ?  Or inject some sort of default file to reset it this error feels like just a config file somewhere)  EMBY Server is currently running in a BinHex Docker container and has been running without fault for years.  Last week, I logged in to the account locally from LG TV app (which I use daily) and Latest TV  vanished across all my devices, so I'm thinking maybe the LG app corrupted the UI somehow?  This did not happen as a result of changes I made as it happened one day out of the blue as I did not start going in and changing the Home Screen ui settings until after the issue happened.  I've attached x2 screenshots showing my issue.  The firs file, EMBY Issue 1, shows you my Home Screen UI (screen shot taken from EMBY for macOS 2.0.9) and the second shows the options selected for the user.

EMBY Server version : 4.6.7.0  (BinHex Docker Container)

Docker running on UNRAID and I've mounted out the config and media folders to my SSD Cache drive and libraries (TV, Movies etc) to their local array locations in UNRAID.

Hi, check that you haven't enabled the home screen option to hide watched media from latest lists.

Hi Luke -

Thanks for your quick response!  This option is not enabled in my profile, nor was it ever.  It certainly is a strange one and happened out of the blue to me, not as a result of a change as I wasn't making changes.  Interestingly enough, I double checked the screen shot as I'm now also missing the "Continue Watching" and "Next up (Legacy)" subsections on the account's home page (which is also seen in the screenshot) so this user profile home UI is certainly messed up!

Thanks for your time

Continue Watching

Hi, well you're only going to see that if you have something to continue watching.

But I do?  This account has been in use for over 2 years, there was plenty of half watched shows in the continue watching section .. but that’s gone too.

Please attach the emby server log. Perhaps there is a database problem. Thanks.

Additionally I would consider switching to our official Docker package so that you can use the Emby provided ffmpeg build.

Hi Luke -

Thanks for all your help!  The article certainly is the issue.. In hindsight we did have a power outage which I think corrupted the DB.  In the end though, I'm going to spend the day spinning up the official docker container and migrating.

Thanks again and have a great day!
