SSL port closed

Hi,

All working fine until I restarted my computer.

I have lost my external connection. All I did was restart my Win10 server and it looks like my SSL port (443) is closed. I can't see why or how this could have happened. My router says its open but port checkers online say its closed. It seems to have coincided with my IP address changing too.

Any advice would be great. I have attached my router settings.

Sorry my mistake my IP address had not changed, I forgot I was using a VPN
