resume playback stops suddenly and stops playing

when I'm watching a movie off the net and I stay in the middle and continue the next day, when playing from resume buttom, from any device (shield tv, or emby for android, or browser) uses transcoding, the movie stops at The few seconds after starting to play, if I press the forward button it starts playing but only to continue a couple of seconds more, I can repeat this step 3 or 4 more times until an error appears, the same happens if I press the correction button reproduction. (happens to me with many videos)
