Manually organizing (under auto organize) root folders for missing

This one seems like a relatively minor problem but if I organize a movie manually under auto organize, many times the root folder only shows the options from "series". I have to go to the movies tab, change the default movie library folder back and forth and hit save.

I've got the movie auto organize turned off because of false identifications. So I normally just use the tab to manually search and move stuff.

Come check out what's happening over here:

We've put a lot of work into how the plugin sorts movie, separate from series, and I am pretty sure it has been fixed.
