I think my attached image explains the issue. I can't for the life of me work out how the order of movie 'version'ing is being done. I've tried pretty much everything, including temporarily making copies of the same resolution movie, and just naming them differently. Also putting 3 sets of timestamps possibly being used to the same. I cannot get it to order in alphabetical/numerical order in the WebUI output. It just seems to order randomly. Note, I'm using the latest portable server version, and the pic is from the WebUI. Edited January 7, 2022 by metalslaw

It just seems to order randomly. You can't get them alphabetical nor are they random but based on efficiency, each client will select highest-quality/most efficient version.
