Apple Airport Extreme (Not allowing external connections)

Hey everyone,

My Emby server is on a windows system, but i use an Apple router. I have tried to connect outside of my house using Emby-connect, but every-time I click on my server, it says it is unable to connect. I tried on 4 different computers in 4 different location and all were unable to connect. I believe it has something to do with my router, i tried port forwarding, but still no results. Has anyone else had to deal with this?

Do you have any articles or places you could recommend to send me to to learn how to properly do this with an Apple Airport Extreme? I have had a hard time finding resources on how to accomplish this.
