DHos 1 Posted January 7, 2022 Posted January 7, 2022 I have some DVDs (not Blu-ray) that are a direct rip with no additional encoding. One direct plays but drops many frames causing some jerkiness. A couple others transcode (this is my home setup). Transcode reason being "ContainerBitrateExceedsLimit". While playing through Emby Theater, the quality setting will only let me choose 480p-4Mbps. All that I have tried are over that limit; around 5-7Mbps. I tried other DVD rips and as long as the codec was other than MPEG2 (h264, for example) no problems. Are there any settings I can change to fix this? Thanks

Can you please try setting your quality setting in the app settings prior to playback and see if that helps. Thanks.
