Unable to Refreshing Metadata + Creating new Folder!

I'm having recently with emby of the metadata not bringing all the data since almost a week of refreshing the file in my movies folder and still missing the !..
 and one more thing is in the library section I created new folder called "Anime movies"  but in home page wasn't there!! not sure what's going on!!

Did the library scan finish after adding the new library? Have you checked user permissions to ensure the user is granted permission to that library?

thanks for your replay, I found out the issue was from the storage space was not enough.

that's right there was no permissions for that folder.
