Server not listening on 8920

On OpenSUSE LEAP 15.3, my server stopped listening. I attach my log file. It was working.

I updated my letsencrypt certificate, but think I restarted emby after that. I had to reboot today to update the nVidia kernel drivers, and it no longer works.

Since I cannot access the web page, I cannot check on that any more. How do I proceed?

It appears that you have either disabled remote connections or secure connection mode (or changed to handled by reverse proxy). It's not even trying to open your cert store and it's only listening on the HTTP port. Not trying for HTTPS in the log.

so how do I get 8920 to turn on?  reexported my pem file to pfx. I this correct?

I did. the only thing to set are the port and cert location. I think somehow the certificate is wrong. Did I put the right pieces in it?

It was the certificate. It would be nice if there were some log entries to say what was wrong.
