Bandwidth Usage Streaming IPTV to Users

Forgive my ignorance of network data routing standards...but I've just received a bandwidth warning, and I am hoping to figure out what kind of bandwidth is being siphoned from my ISP/data plan when I have 2 users in other locations streaming video through STRM files stored on my media server, serving content from my IPTV provider. Is the bulk of that load on the IPTV provider & the end user, or is it on my end/ISP?
