Problemi di buffering e riproduzione

Buongiorno a tutti ormai é da più di una settimana che dopo le 21 l'app Emby mi dà problemi e non solo a me ma a tanti miei amici. L'app non si apre...si disconnette e non riproduce nessun film questo per anche un'ora poi si riprende facendoti passare la voglia di guardare film perché nel frattempo si fa tardi. Questo problema avviene sia su Fire Stick sia su Smart TV LG che su smartphone Android. É da aprile 2021 che utilizzo il servizio Emby e solo un'altra volta( due mesi fa) avevo avuto problemi. Adesso si e'ripresentato di nuovo. Mi é stato riferito dal mio fornitore del servizio che il problema é l'app é che gli sviluppatori stanno risolvendo. Stesso problema anche ad amici che hanno acquistato l'app su Fire Stick Amazon. Succede ad altri grazie. Buona giornata e buon anno a tutti

Sorry but this isn't an app issue or an Emby issue.  We are the creators of the software suite and have hundreds of thousands of users using our software.
If there was a problem like this you would see comments everywhere.

The simple fact of the matter is you probably purchased service from someone to use their Emby Server which is having hardware, network or bandwidth issues and your Emby clients can't connect to it or stay connected to it.  Try connecting to them with your browser  instead of using any software and see if they blame Microsoft or Google when the browser has problems as well.

What I'd suggest you do is take a look at our website to see all the cool things you can do https://emby.media/index.html
It's doubtful the person you get service from using all the features.
Download the server and set it up.  Start gathering up your own media and forever own and have your own media server with just the content you prefer.

PS When you connect to your own Media server and have no issues playing you'll know the other guys was trying to push blame away from the themselves. :)
