Auto-Orgainze doing some strange things... (not sure where to post)

Sorry if this isn't in the right place.  I just spent 15mins trying to find any help for this situation in the forums, but I guess I will just post this example as a "?" and see if anyone can help explain what might be going on .

This is all on UNRAID (just recently moved from Windows install that didn't seem to do anything this quirky with AutoOrganize.

I also just set Sonarr to handle renaming of things it downloads and I just let Emby-Auto-Organize run once overnight to move anything I manually downloaded.

This is example is such an item that was manually downloaded (no judgement PLEASE!)

It shows that it moved episode 21 correct yet shows an issue with episode 20.... HOWEVER in explorer (left) you can see that the opposite actually occurred and ep 21 is just missing... it isn't in the download folder anymore NOR in the target location... what gives??

Any help welcome, and I can give any other info that may help (logs, etc.) but I have to leave in like 5 mins, and I was stuck.. .]

A lot has changed with the versions posted over on that thread. (It is not currently in the Emby catalog).

We might  not have fixed this exact issue (or maybe we have...), but, I'm sure that we can work together to figure out what happened, and move forward with the extended version over on that thread.
