Emby are knowingly not sending premier key after subscribing through iTunes, so I have had to get a key directly and I’m requesting a full refund for the failed iTunes subscription.

I’m having this issue as well. I sent billing support an email yesterday with a screen capture of the apple App Store active subscription and haven’t gotten any response.
