No Sound when playing movies on FireTV

I have no sound when trying to play movies on Amazon FireTV through my onkyo receiver using HDMI connection.

I can play movies with sound on my android galaxy s20 Ultra phone and on my pc through the website. I have attached several log files below.

Hi.  Audio is being converted to Dolby Digital.  Does your system support that?  What does the receiver say it is receiving for audio?

Thanks. I stupidly hit a button on the receiver for multi-channel stumbling around in the dark. Now works fine. Sorry to waste your time.
