LiveTV sound desync

I primarily use my LiveTV to watch live sports, I've noticed that my video is approximately 2-3 seconds ahead of my audio.  I'll see a tackle, and then 2-3 seconds later hear the commentators and crowd noise.

This is also particularly annoying when watching news channels because the lips are always desynced.

Currently using 4.7.0.19 with a HDHomeRun Prime.

I'll attach my 3 latest ffmpeg logs.

Hi, I don't see anything in the logs.

When playing back click the cog icon then open stats for nerds.
What the reason it tells you it's transcoding?
Do you see any frames being dropped?

The obvious thing you can do if there is no bandwidth issue is change the bitrate setting on the client in the config section and set it higher.  If it's set at auto just raise it.

Then try it again.  If this is on the same LAN as your server you can try the highest setting.
