Heavy artifacting

I have the same issue with some 4k 7.1 atoms files on both my LG tvs G1 and C9 , however when i change the audio from 7.1 to 5.1 it goes away. really a bummer that  i cannot enjoy 7.1 atmos

Looks like its not able to do True hd direct play and tries to do transcode, sorry for the bad quality video had to record on my tab

Please post ffmpeg logs from both cases.
