Cant delete shows and movies sometimes on OpenMediavault Portainer

I cannot delete some shows some times I know it is vague but I will try to explain.

I have Open Mediavault setup with file shares for all of my media movies in one folder , tv shows in another etc. I have Emby running on Portainer.

Sometimes when I go to delete a show or a movie it tells me the below. On other shows or movies I can delete them no issue. These files are in the same file share so it makes no sense to get the message below.
There was an error deleting the item from Emby Server. Please check that Emby Server has write access to the media folder and try again.

This is all from the PC , When I use the firestick I have similar problems but get an android error when trying to delete certain shows.

Hi there, it sounds like Emby Server is being denied permission to delete the files. Can we please look at an example to confirm this?
