Problem with PGS subtitles

I am using the latest stable 4.6.7.0

Samsung Q90R (2019) version: 1.1.09

 

I have no problems showing (subrip) subtitle but the (pgssub) don't work for me, the streams are not starting at all

do you have any issues with srt subtitles ? most experts encode with srt subtitles only.
