Stops at commercial breaks on NFL Network channel

I am using the Channels DVR to generate an M3u tuner to bring in my Spectrum channels into Emby and it has been working quite well, but last night I experienced a strange problem on the NFL Network channel. During the actual game broadcast everything played fine, but when the commercial break started Emby stalled and then broke with the message of no compatible streams. I could then restart the channel and it would play fine until the next break. It did this on my Shield and my laptop (both in Theater) and also on my laptop via the web app.

I then watched the same channel on the Spectrum app and on the NFL website and saw that there were different commercials playing on each one! Then to do a little more troubleshooting, I watched it on the Channels player and I could see the Spectrum commercial start then switch to the NFL commercial, but the Channels player kept playing.

Yes, same problem when commercial break starts.

Hulu has the same problem.  Watching anything on Hulu, then Hulu is injecting commercials, then when it's supposed to go back to the program, Hulu errors out saying can't play the channel.  Hulu is replacing the normal commercials with their own, and doing a terrible job.  When the NFL season is over, we are cancelling Hulu.

I suspect Spectrum is also replacing the normal commercials with their own, which is screwing it up.  Nothing you can do about that, except replace Spectrum stream with something else.

What I find interesting though Bingie, is that when the same stream is played via the Channels player it doesn't stop and error out. In the Channels player, there is a second where the NFL commercial is viewable, then the Spectrum commercial comes on and plays. I don't know enough about how their player works to even guess as to why it doesn't fail.
