database submenu missing in WebUI, present in app on windows

Sop basically, explained by the pictures and text. When using the APP on windows I can see the database submenu.
Its missing from the webUI. Or is it located somewhere else?

Use online Web app on stable 4.6+ server, upgrade to 4.7+ beta or wait till beta gets release version so local Web app will show it as well.
