Anyone noticing disappearing autoorganize activity logs?

Scenario: A show has already been organized and shows up in the activity log. Later a 2nd copy of the same show downloads so in the activity log, the new one shows up as blue and if I look through the list for when the first one was already organized (just to verify it's the same episode that I already have) I can't find it. I know it was there, plus I can sync up my sabnzbd logs with the autoorganize logs to see shows A, B, and C downloaded and the activity log only shows A and C now.

 

This just started happening in the last few beta builds. The first time I noticed it, I wasn't sure what was going on and since my activity log had grown so huge I decided to clear it and start fresh (in case of corruption or size limitation). Just noticed it again on multiple reposts that sab redownloaded.

 

If you need screenshots it's easily reproducible just by moving shows out and back into the organize directory.

Apparently this is happening with any duplicate download, even ones that give the red instead of blue text (meaning it couldn't identify the show title). I had identified America's got talent s09e25 this afternoon *which it has problems with because of the apostrophe - I really hope auto-organize improvements are coming soon) and then this evening a new rip downloaded with the same exact filename. It shows up red in the autoorganize log with no log of the one I did earlier. I was like "I thought I did this earlier" and had to check SAB's log and the season folder to see that I had.
