frumpl 5 Posted December 18, 2021 Posted December 18, 2021 Given that the transcode issue won't be fixed anytime soon. And restarting the server cleans up the files. Is there a way to have the server restart at a set time daily? I found this project on GitHub that appears to be by Luke. But, I don't see it on the Plugins page. Is this something that would work? How would I install it? Thanks
GrimReaper 4762 Posted December 18, 2021 Posted December 18, 2021 Is this a split from another topic? Which transcoding issue you are referring to?
Gilgamesh_48 1240 Posted December 18, 2021 Posted December 18, 2021 If you are under Windows, as it seems you are, then Windows has a function called "Task Scheduler" that can be used to do what you want.

Personally believe the plugin should be resurrected. But at the same time this is only a workaround fix for the real issues.

frumpl 5 Posted December 19, 2021 Author Posted December 19, 2021 The log files are in the thread I posted earlier. Here's a link to my post. Even though that topic was started by a Windows 10 user, I'm running Emby in a docker on an UnRaid server.
