Downloads Not Working for Offline Viewing?

When I try to download a movie or show on Emby Theater through the Windows store it says it downloads but then it stays suck in transferring. If you go to downloads section you can click on the folder but then nothing is there, it doesn't work regardless if I download in orginal quality.

Yeah the downloads finished but it takes a very long time for it to show as transfered so it will show up in downloads section.
