Images do not load

Good afternoon. Some covers are not loading when I open a library. I've already commanded a new trace and already restarted the server, but nothing resolved.

 

Another problem is that the server is crashing all the time. I run a media for a while and it is interrupted, it only works again when I restart the server, but then the problem occurs again.
