Question about my media folder

Woke up this morning and one of my libraries has been completely wiped of files on the HDD. Whole folder structure is there but no media. It states the folder was created at 0200 this morning. 

Windows 10 Emby server installation. My storage space is healthy, cannot see anything in protection history to state files removed. 

Only thing that ties in is a scheduled task on Emby server for thumbnail image extraction which was last run at same time this folder was wiped/recreated. 

Need help to figure it out. 

@Luke - Any reports of this or assistance you can provide here?

Hi.  Please post the Emby server log from that time period.

(that shows the folder is read-only)

Yeah the read only is normal for a Windows installation. Every folder says that regardless of which drive I am in. 

Can i send the log to you privately?

Note the creation time of the folder and the log entry of the scheduled task match:
"2021-12-13 02:00:03.072 Debug TaskManager: DailyTrigger fired for task: Thumbnail image extraction"

Update - Complete non-issue with Emby. Local torrent app issue moving files on completion.
