Cant add Folders to my Emby library after new install

Hi,

Yesterday i did a manually install of the latest version on Emby (I thought thus would upgrade my old version, but all settings were then gone), After the install I tried to add my media to the library but get the error:

 

 

The path must be correct as it is finding it its self through navigation:

 

 

I have checked the user that was created when I installed Emby and it has access to the meida folders:

 

 

 

I would really love to get some help with this as I have been fighting with it for ages?

@HijinxxIs this DSM 7?  If so did you set Internal user?

No it’s DSM 6

But i dont have emby in system internal user:

That would only apply when you upgrade to DSM 7.  For DSM 6 it's a normal user as you already showed.
The error message you got on screen does seem to indicate a permission issue.

Please upload your server log for us to take a look at in more detail.

Also what version of Emby Server do you have installed?
