Not compatible Fire Stick 4k

Hello I bought a new fire stick 4k max (wifi6), when I go to the app store to install it says its not compatible?

Is this correct, will it be made available to this fire stick?

It is likely not compatible with your phone, why don't you install directly from Firestick?

I did try searching for it using the fire stick and couldn't find it. So I tried through the amazon app store, and figured with the incompatibility statement that was the reason.

Is your Stick logged into the same Amazon account as your phone?  If so, you should be able to push it to the device.  Are you outside an area that Amazon actually sells these Sticks?

Hi,  yes it is the same account as my phone, but I think the issue was a firmware update that got pushed this morning.

 

I can now get it through the appstore
