After reinstalling the server on a new machine, the actor images disappeared. Where did the People file go?

I don't want the actor biographies, why aren't they erasable?

Why still offer People backup type plugins when it no longer works?

The versions follow one another but the quality of the software continues to decrease.

And all this by paying for the service every month!

Do you have specific examples?  An install on a new server would not contain People images as they are in /metadata/people on old machine.

Possibly look at the migration plugin if you have your old install.

Since people have gone from /people to /library back to /people they could be spread out and the migration plugin allows you to consolidate them back to /people.

This is a community member created plugins that can break with every server update.  But yes, the People Backup plugin currently does not work with 4.6+.
