Video Seeking causes video to restart

For some movie's and TV Shows, every time i go to seek to a different point in the video, it brings you back to the start. To fix it most of the time, I change the quality to something else and it seems to let me. Obviously i think it's something to do with transcoding... But I can't seem to pinpoint the issue. 

 

My logs are attached. For the test I included, I booted Emby, started Shrek 1, replicated the issue. Then changed over to Shrek 2 and did the same thing. The issue is happening on both movies. You should see that in the logs... But I don't see any errors...

 

If I can be of any more help let me know.

EDIT:

I found that If i connect to the site using the direct IP, this issue doesn't happen. But if I use Cloudflare's domain, the issue comes back.
