[Unwanted behavior] Meta data of albums

Hi There,

I have this really annoying problem.

I have the META data for MP3 setup, in a way that they all belong to the same album.. These are 20 MP3's from mixed albums (so I "mixed' my own album).

What I noticed is, is that the "External id's: MusicBrainz Album Id:" is filled over and over again when I do a "meta data refresh"

Even though the "Checkmark" - "Lock Item for future changes" is checked "true".

 

I aspected the MusicBrainz ID's for this ALBUMS not to be REFILLED because I check the "lock" checkmark.

 

As a result, I get all different albums in my MUSIC library because my own "mixed" albums is not treated as one album.

 

How can I fix this (I don't want to disabled the automatic MusicBrainz feature).

Hi, have you checked the embedded metadata within the tracks? It could be coming from there.
