Emby App on Mi Box demanding that we pay an additional monthly fee

Using Emby on a Windows server for offline media only. Have been paying the monthly fee for a couple of years now. We run the app on a roku stick, android phones, and a Mi Box device. The app running on our Mi Box suddenly last week started a countdown to expiration and is now requiring that we pay an additional monthly fee to continue to use it. How do I remedy this, without paying an additional fee?

If I understood that correctly, you have a monthly Premiere subscription?

Hi. If you do have Premiere, make sure that device can get out to the internet to validate.  It will need to do this periodically.

GrimReaper ) $4.99 is taken from my account monthly. That said, I can't seem to find a place on their website to identify if this is premiere or not. 

ebr ) The device appears to be connected to the internet as other installed apps are functioning normally. Also, I have logged in and the emby app is aware of my paypal account, as it is prompting me to buy a second subscription.

You check that on your server, Settings>Emby Premiere tab.

Well I guess I don't have premiere since they appear to be trying to sell it to me when I click on settings. Other than that, I have no idea what I have been paying for, and why it has worked previously, but now it does not.

I would address your query to: billingsupport@emby.media with some details, like Paypal account used and email registered for Premiere.
