grudi 5 Posted December 5, 2021 Posted December 5, 2021 Hi Running emby server on QNAP, latest version. When I try to play a movie in windows 11 on chrome, I'm getting a message that I can't play it. I've captured the log file of the server in debug mode and attached it to this message. Same happens if I want to run in on the emby app on my Sony AG9 (Android TV). Playing it on an iOS device however works. Playing it on emby Theater on the same PC also works. Any thoughts? Thx in advance grudi embyLogFile.txt

But am guessing an unsupported codec in the browser and per selected option playback fails. EnablePlaybackRemuxing: True EnableVideoPlaybackTranscoding: False EnableAudioPlaybackTranscoding: True &TranscodeReasons=VideoCodecNotSupported 1
