Latest server update won't install on DSM 7.0.1-4

Hi - Just seen that there is a server update and went to do a 'manual install' of the latest version and when I attempt to apply the install DSM comes back with an error informing me that this package is suitable for DSM builds prior to DSM 7.0.1-4

Hi, what file did you try to install?

I had no problems installing updates to dsm 7.0.1. Make sure you are pulling the files from this page. https://emby.media/synology7-server.html

On edit: It might be a good idea if the title on that page would read “Emby Server for Synology DSM7 NAS” or something to that effect.

I have the same problem: I've updated DSM to 7.0.1-42218 on a DS918+. I've downloaded emby-server-synology7_4.6.7.0_armv8- I get the "incompatible" msg.

The DS918+ isn't an ARM processor though.  You want x64 for DSM 7

Ahh, ya.  2018 models with ARM8.  That page should really say DSM 7 on the top too for those who may accidently click on the wrong link from the previous page.
