Why am I seeing trailers for media I don't have?

I have none of these media but their trailers show up in search results and on artist pages.

When I click them their pages show no media files but they play, I assume from the internet.

Anyone know how to stop it?

 

I remember I had a trailers plugin a long time ago. Maybe something's left over.

I had the cinema intros plugin. Uninstalled and restarted, no difference.

All trailers come from the Trailers plugin and have nothing to do with your media.  If you have removed it, I believe you have to run the "Refresh Internet Channels" task for removal but might be part of cache clean up task.
