[Bug?]: Notifications "Newly added content" (Nieuwe content toegevoe)

Emby version: 4.6.7.0

[Problem]

The notification "Newly added content" (Nieuwe content toegevoegd) gives unsuspected notifications.

[Situation]

1. Notification is enabled

2.Admins is selecteted from the dorpdownbox (Beheerders).

3.In a hidden option "Custom" (aangepast) are people selected (whom are no admin).

[Effect]

Although Admins is selected, people in de "Custom" option are still receiving notifications.

[Aspected]

1. Only Admins should get notifications of new content

2. People in the "Custom" should NOT get any notifications because this option is not selected in the dropdownbox.
