No premier key

Just checking-- how long does it take to deliver a key once purchased?  I received my payment receipts immediately, but after 15 minutes there hasn't been a key.

I requested it with the "forgot key" feature, which said it has emailed it to me, but still nothing from emby in the inbox.

I did search the deep dark spam folder, just in case, but nothing so far.

Any thoughts?

If the "Forgot Key" email is not going through I would email billingsupport@emby.media with your transaction information.
