mike2610 0 Posted December 2, 2021 Posted December 2, 2021 (edited) Hello. After the latest update, the server is no longer able to scan any of my media files. When I click on my libraries to look through pictures etc on both android or browser on computer, it simply shows an empty library screen even though I do indeed have items in the library. I went into scheduled tasks and see that the media scan, subtitle scan, artwork scan, and system backup failed. When I go into notifications, I can get the error messages in the attached photos. Additionally I have attached log files. mike2610 0 Posted December 11, 2021 Author Posted December 11, 2021 Hey! Jist as an update, I followed all of the steps but unfortunately my library was unrecoverable. I kept getting the low memory error. I found a few other ways of attempting a library recovery but it seemed too far gone. I ended up simply creating a new library by renaming the old one and letting the server make a new one and everything seems to be working now. Thanks for your help!
