Emby Theater doesn't work

Don't since when, emby theater doesn't work any more. so I decided freshly installed windows 11 （with media pack）

but still no luck. it just stuck spinning n loading video. I tried micosoft store app, it can play video but without sound. i have uploaded the log, please someone can help?
